What data is collected
Browsing this website does not require an account and does not collect personal data through cookies or trackers. Two limited exceptions:
- Server logs. Like almost every website, the web server records standard technical entries when a page is requested — your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the site running securely and are not used to profile you.
- Email you send. If you write to hello@maximekahn.com, your email address and the content of your message are received and kept so the exchange can be answered.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Why the data is processed

Your data is not sold and not shared for marketing. It may be processed by the technical providers that host the site and deliver email on Maxime Kahn's behalf, strictly to run the service. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.
