Welcome to Somnolyze. By downloading or using the app, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
1. Purpose
Somnolyze is a mobile sleep-tracking aid. It offers analysis of sleep phases, local sound detection, a night journal and a smart alarm. Somnolyze does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.
2. Account and access
Using Somnolyze does not require creating an account. Some features require permission to access Apple Health, the microphone, notifications and motion sensors. These permissions can be revoked at any time from iOS Settings.
3. Subscription
Somnolyze offers a Premium subscription at €0.99 per month, automatically renewed each month unless cancelled at least 24h before the end of the current period. Payment is charged via your Apple ID account. Subscription management and cancellation happen in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Somnolyze for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any attempt to bypass protections, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
All elements that make up Somnolyze (code, interface, design, text, trademarks) remain the exclusive property of Somnolyze. No rights are granted to you beyond normal use of the app.
6. Liability
Somnolyze is provided "as is". The app does not replace medical care. For persistent sleep problems, consult a health professional. We cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect consequences of improper use of the information provided.
7. Data
The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The last-updated date appears at the top of the document. Continued use of Somnolyze after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of French courts.
